Reason for unemployment ratio increasing in india

I think this is one of the most important topics that we have to cover these days...what do you say???

Surveys say that the unemployment rate was the highest in April 2020. Gradually, it becomes somewhat less in November. In India, job hunting has become a challenge for the young and also for the educated.

The most important reason can be the lack of skills that the company assures. The major portion is highly educated young workers but unskilled. This is a worrying factor for today's graduates. This can be because of poor training institutes. Most of them are following spoon feeding type coaching and syllabus. The number of quality institutes is rarely seen.

Another important is the population. day by day the population of India is increasing. Companys are sometimes affording more people than needed. if there is any decline in the growth of the business there can be a chance of removing experienced workers and replacing freshers with a low salary.

There can be a situation where some people do not have to work during certain seasons. This can affect most of the laborers in India. They rarely have to work through the year. The low productivity in the agricultural sector and the lack of updated opportunities became a curse for agricultural workers. For the past 20 years, farmers are in a difficult position to be in their works. Some even committed suicide.

Another driving factor is India's caste system. Even in my school and college days, I faced this problem. Employment for those people who are belonging to certain communities also leads to unemployment for others. In many cases, work is not given to the right candidates.

Slow growth of industries and economy is also another factor for the increase of unemployent.
